Hi, I’m Jayden Barr, a self-taught 3D printing and CAD enthusiast with a passion for bringing ideas to life. From an early age, I’ve been fascinated with creating and tinkering—whether it was electronics, mechanics, or designing practical solutions for everyday problems. Over the years, I’ve turned that passion into a skill set, developing expertise in 3D printing, CAD design, and electrical engineering applications.

My Approach

I specialize in designing and printing functional parts for a wide range of applications, including:

    Custom enclosures (such as power supply housings)

    Mechanical components (motor mounts, drive couplings, tool holders)

    Electrical and engineering parts (gaskets, replacement fittings, lighting systems)

    Prototyping and custom solutions tailored to unique project requirements

I work primarily with PLA, PETG, and TPU, ensuring durable and high-quality results. Every project is approached with attention to detail, quick turnaround, and custom design solutions, and I maintain constant communication with clients throughout the design and prototyping process to ensure complete satisfaction.

Outside of 3D printing, I’m a skater, longboarder, snowboarder, and gamer with a strong background in electronics. I spent 13 years working at Nelson Electronics and Bearings & Engineering, building a deep understanding of engineering components and customer needs.
